You should not just open up the case and start spraying air everywhere inside like a maniac, it is likely that you can mess something up, or damage the internal parts such as the motherboard or video card. To help keep the amount of times you must clean your computer down, try to keep yourself from eating or drinking around the computer. Smoking around a computer is bad for it. Try to limit the amount of smoke that is around your computer on a daily basis.
